Putt

by Christian Grantham - 8:06 pm February 12, 2008

One thing I don’t like about Vince’s new schedule is that he can go shopping without me. Today I came home to him playing golf on a new Wii. :(… <- schedule tears.

The Wii will be good exercise for both of you.

But speaking of tears, what about poor Hillary, rejected today by the Democratic primary voters of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland? I just hope this misunderstood, unappreciated woman has the resolve to fight on, though God knows the party doesn’t deserve her. She’s given 35 years of her life to public service, she’s been forced to endure public humiliation at the hand of her feckless husband, and look at the thanks she gets–abandoned once again for someone younger and more orally talented.

Rob, I just hope Obama supporters are mature enough to also be able to see him as Vice President just before some of the last state primaries. We all know the Republicans voting for him in the primaries will vote for McCain in the general.

And a word about exit polls. First time voters are often sucked into exit polling processes thinking it’s part of the election process. That means the supposed in roads media reports for Obama are really a measure of first time voter experiences over generalized onto the popular vote. It’s one of the first national elections where they do not have a system wide standard for exit polling and rely on the data as a definitive view of national trends.
