Vibinc’s Steve Ross talks Cohen town hall in Memphis

August 10th, 2009 Christian Grantham

Vibin’c Steve Ross Skyped into today’s Morning Browser with his first person account of Rep. Steve Cohen’s town hall meeting on health care this weekend. Some news reports said cops had to be called to the event after things got a little crazy.

You can read Steve’s account at Vibinc. I had to slap this video clip together really quick this morning before heading off to work, but it’s a good first person account.

The video is also from the first Morning Browser with professional audio! For the past 8 months, I’ve been using nothing but the webcam’s microphone, and the show literally had this “webcam” feel. Today was much different, and I’m really excited about the upgrade. As you may know, the only time I have dedicated to the show and its content is literally a few minutes before each show and a few minutes after. I spent a good part of this weekend pretending to be a sound engineer, which means I just randomly plugged in cables until I got it right.

If this kind of stuff interests you, here’s a screen shot of my three monitors and the softwares I use. You can also check out the entire Morning Browser category here or see clips on my YouTube channel. I broadcast live from my home in Murfreesboro.

Tune in to the Morning Browser live and interactive weekdays at 6 a.m. CT.
