I got a new third party recorder to replace the broken 64 bit codec in WebCamMax’s alpha release for Windows 7.

Wow, that really made me sound way more geeky than I am in real-life.

Anyway, I recorded today’s Morning Browser and uploaded this test clip. It looks like I need to play with the settings a little. The video is stretched, and I’m still not happy with the video quality. I may need a better camera than the Logitech Orbit AF I use.

Another minor accident: when I was trying to talk about the lady in Massachusetts who discovered Jesus on her iron, a commercial for Target with that creepy lady in it popped up. I don’t know why she bothers me so much. @G_wake found out who she is and posted it on the weekly wave. It’s actress Maria Bamford.

Bamford is really good at playing an annoying shopper, but I’m confused how that’s supposed to make me want to shop at Target for the holidays. Shouldn’t they have made her try to pitch the competition?
